Customer service is our highest priority, so if you would like to make a return or exchange please send a return/exchange request as soon as you receive your item to email@example.com explaining the reasoning for your return/exchange. All return/exchange requests must be received within 7 days of delivery. Because we offer a variety of product types, our return policy will vary slightly based on the product being returned. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale/discounted items are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
To qualify for a refund/exchange the product must be unused, and in its original packaging/condition. Clothing items must not be worn, altered, or washed, all tags still attached, and free from any perfume, scents (to include but not limited to cigarette smoke), and/or stains of any kind (to include but not limited to makeup/deodorant).
In general return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. We must RECEIVE the return request within 7 days of package delivery and we must receive the returned package within 14 days from purchase date. Refunds/exchanges are only issued once we have received and inspected the merchandise. Pack your shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable.
